- Check the payments deducted from our bank Accounts on a daily basis. 2- Controlling the banks positions on a daily basis. 3-Handling the correspondence work with banks & banks letters. 4- Recording all the transfers’ entries after the bank received them. 5- Handling the Time Deposits (issuance, renewal and the accounting entries). 6- Handling collecting the checks in our accounts. 7- Sending the PDC to the bank. 8- Recording the loans’ entries (booking loan, monthly interest payable and stamp taxes). - Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures - Recording JV salaries Entry - Make tax analysis & pay tax dues ( Withholding tax , Income tax, Media stamp tax & commission income tax ) - Issue petty cash for staff & settle it. - List all vendor cheques in the log book - Prepare manual cheques as and when required - Record monthly closing entries (Amortization of prepayments, fixed assets depreciation, Accruals). - Maintain the general ledger
