The cash services Analyst works in a high pressure environment working with financial centres (mostly banks) to optimise their cash utilization and costs of cash in transit. The Cash Services Analyst is mainly focused on optimizing the cash requirement forecast and plan delivery schedules with the Cash in Transit partner to meet the best possible optimization of utilization of cash and availability of cash to the end customer. The role also encounters the management of the Cash in Transit companies, ensuring schedules have been followed as agreed and tasks are performed as planned.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in a discipline related to the product technology -usually financial or analytic related subjects •Minimum of 2 years service delivery experience •Sound ITIL knowledge Or •High school education •Minimum of 3 years service delivery experience •Minimum of 2 years experience in leading teams and designing services •Sound ITIL knowledge
