Supervised all phases of air and sea shipment operations: • Arranged with freight forwarders and trucking company pickup and delivery of the merchandise through shipping instructions. • Requested quotations from freight forwarders and trucking services for shipments. • Coordinated with suppliers and warehouses prices and lead-time of goods. • Prepared all shipping documents: purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, packing list and letter of credits. • Scheduled and oversaw every facet of exports from location including invoices, certificates of origin, and ensured exports were compliant with industry regulations. • Wrote desktop procedures for daily processes. • Handled the entire export process from arranging the pick up at origin to the arrival at destination. • Assisted sales in developing number 4:5 accounts. • Receives, edits, verifies, and coordinates information on shipments with production scheduling, warehouse shipping, and customer service departments. • Completes end of month billing to customers by manages current client base. • Verifying receipt of inventory, reconciling transaction reports and manages current client base.
