Organize and control an accounting system which ensures accurate management of the company’s financial affairs. Supervise external auditing firm through tax preparations. Work closely with various department heads in meeting their budgetary restrictions. Coordinates in the preparation and collection of operation reports. Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by management. Disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures, and all other major disbursements on behalf of the company. Issue and interprets operating polices. Assist in preparation of budget needs annual reports of organization. Participate in loan and investment evaluation studies and directs the company budgeting activities. Participate and directs the assessment of financial situation of the enterprises. Manage & Determine investment policy and maintain proper records of the assets and investments of the companys profit-sharing plans. Monitor the short and long term financial plans and strategies. Assess monthly and annually cash management planning and forecasting reports. Involved in employment, training, promotion or, if necessary, firing staff. Evaluating employees, providing feedback, as well as agreeing development targets and measures as part of HR development. Supervising employees vacation scheduling.
Qualifications Financial Accounting & Statements Advance Accounting. Taxation. Knowledge of Labor Law & Taxes. Budgeting, Budgets and Managing Money. Cash Flow Analysis. Management Functions & Skills. Corporate Internal Auditing. Financial Statements Analysis Writing Reports and proposals.
