1. ensures that the items are purchased from correct suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions . 2. Interfaces with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities. 3. Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval process. 4. Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier. 5. Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers. 6. Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. 7. Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed. 8. Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance. 9. Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
Qualifications Faculty of Commerce - Business Administration - Purchasing - 3 years experience in Industrial company, home appliances is preferred - Fluent in English -
