Front desk area; regarding customers interviewing, CSR awareness of new products/services, spoken/body languages, detailed data entry, look & feel of the ASC …etc. Repair station; regarding following up service manuals and Huawei’ instructions, awareness of service bulletins, availability of service tools, needed SWs are installed…etc. ESD; including work benches, chairs, storage racks, floor, temperature, RH, personal equipment and tools …etc Hub; regarding checking of finished phones are well repaired, actual needed spare parts are reported and MMI & NFF test result checking. Preparing the audits results, including the checklist, the CAP and the special findings photos. Checking during the audits that the spares/tools are physically available (i.e. for old and new models). Checking during the audits that the E-leaning courses of the new models are finished by the staff (i.e. for new and old models). Follow up with the partner the actions taken regarding the CAPs via mail or face to face meetings. Amend the auditing checklist from time to time to comply with the new requirements or to increase the value of a certain point. Handling of technical failure cases, including Receive the cases from the partner, then escalate it to the R&D, or send it back if more info were needed. Test the samples received from the partners in order to reproduce the fault before escalations. Go to the partner when necessary to check a specific reported issue (i.e. some spare get broken when disassembled). Evaluate the solutions provided by the R&D, and revert back to them if more explanation was needed. Arranging soft skills, product /technical, and system training for the service centers personnel. Be up to date with new instructions and service bulletins released on Compartner and knowledge base and ensure supplier awareness and compliance.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Experience in dealing in Customer Service. Advanced knowledge of Huawei handset range including thorough knowledge of Huawei features and operating systems. Advanced knowledge of Huawei solution offering in that locality. Strong organizational skills, time keeping and follow up. Demons rateable service experience in a retail/service industry. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to read and write English (needed for access to support materials). Ability to Set Priorities, as well as Manage own time. Result oriented. Thorough understanding of consumer warranty terms and conditions. Quality Focus. Team player.
