- Providing the sales team with qualified leads & prospects through online and offline search - Conducting welcome calls to new merchants ensuring satisfaction and organizing training/ orientation sessions explaining how the account and tools work - Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients (any services updates, contracts renewals, etc) - Assisting merchants is creating & updating the accounts and their digital campaigns provided by the company (email marketing campaigns, Facebook boost, targeted SMS, etc.) - Investigating any complains and/or technical problems reported by the sales team and providing proper solutions and prompt feedback to customers - Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys as per management requirements - Providing management with all information related to potential leads, suppliers, and/or competitors through different search types - Preparing & submitting daily and monthly reports as per management requirements
Qualifications - Bachelor degree - Excellent command of spoken & written both Arabic and English - Excellent computer skills - High quality customer service & communication skills - High level of integrity and work ethics - Well organized, responsible, energetic, self motivated, and eager to learn - Max one year experience/ Fresh graduates are accepted
