• Assist top management to put strategy plans and general polices to take the right decision • Prepare internal system which provide the regular needs for persons & vacancies and supervise the implementation all plans, programs and policies and to ensure the accuracy of implementation and commitment to it. • Submitting all suggestions to develop the Admin & Organization structure • Prepare all Administration instructions such as rehiring & termination and make all administrative circulars, direct speeches and warnings for all employees. • Supervising the schedule of formations annually vacancies coordination with concerned authorities and the Financial department. • Oversee & follow up for HR plans and Management Executive Programs, prepare all required data or forms from labour bureau and follow up all instructions from them as well as follow up employee’s complaints. • Study of the training needs for all employees to develop their abilities & skills and supervise new employee during test period and follow the hiring procedure, prepare insurance form monthly & add the new employees and discard the resigned employees. • Follow-up the company vehicles in terms of repair, maintenance, regular checkup, renew license and review all invoices such as (oil, business travel, errand, treatment, airline tickets) for administrative staff. • Monitor staff attendance and deduct in case of absence or delay and study all work problems in order to improve & rise performance level • Develop the Information system and encourage the workers for using the development system • Prepare all methods to evaluating the employees and measure their performance collaboration with department managers and follow it up • Provide data base for all workers and employees on PC and Manual • Technical and administrative supervision for HR staff & Monitoring their performance • Participate in revision process for Organization Structure, rules and salaries.
