-Communicates with all necessary parties to ensure accuracy of all appropriate data. -Collaborates with, and provide quality support for other department. -Upload the monthly progress report on day 18 from each month to be updated by all the departments. -Revise and edit on the monthly report after being updated by all the departments. -Reviewing and editing all documents. -Communicate with N.W Malaysia about the issues and follow up all the pending issues. -Part of external audit team as technical support. -Reviewing all technical documents related to project e.g., SOPs, Reports, Protocols, and Literature. -Evaluation of Technical employee team for KPIs. -Make sure all studies of projects are comply with our guidelines ICH, OECD, NRHDM. -Communicate, coordinate and follow up with all the departments to achieve the company plan in synergistic way. -Organize and determine the terms and conditions of project procurement and various procurement agencies required to implement the project in accordance with the rules of the financial and accounting association. -Writing and preparation of technical report related to the activities in accordance with the project plan and deadlines. -Follow up the implementation of progress reports and ensure data is accurate. -Comply with the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance. -Research and develop thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities. -Manage, follow-up and control all the Malaysian MOA (Ministry of Agriculture) “Standardization of herbal medicine” research project studies and activities.
