Main responsibilities includes: Relationship management with key stake holders: - Maximize sales people potential by ensuring they have the training, tools, passion & engagement by offering them support, advice, motivation, or information they need in order to help them meet their Sales Objectives. - Effectively managing team, set priorities, timelines, and delegate activities to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and deadlines are met. - Maintain and develop reputation in the market and with all customer and regulatory/ official bodies. MANAGEMENT - Overseeing product inventory, tracking to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand and abnormal demand situations by ordering replenishment stocks as well as maintaining safety stocks. MARKETING: - Maintain brand integrity and image by ensuring that all business activities adhere to the brand message, vision, and guidelines. - Promote "WORD OF MOUTH" advertising by-well prepared quotation, delivering on time, highest quality follow-up during and after sales process. SALES: - Achievement of sales objectives. - Capitalizing on best seller, and finding solutions for slow moving items as well. - Very well respect and understand the clients needs. - Ability to engage with decision makers.
Qualifications • University degree preferably in Commerce, business marketing or any other related field • 8+ years’ of practical experience in managing Sales teams in FMCG / Cosmetics / pharmaceutical field. • Good understanding marketing strategies
