- Awareness of the different forms of contract such as the FIDIC etc.. - Able to review contracts and formulate/amend contractual clauses to decrease the companys liabilities and properly define obligations. - Experienced in responding to letters contractually. - Familiar with information management processes and able to collect, organize and update data -such as transmittal logs, letter logs etc...- and utilize the same to produce the required deliverable (letters, claims, etc..). - Able to prepare and update claims in regards to time extension and additional costs under varying event circumstances.
Qualifications -At least 3 years of experience in the Contracts Administration field (preference shall be given to candidates with higher experience - Candidate must be a hard worker and have a high efficiency in addition to constant improvement.
