1)Organize office operations and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office 2)Responsible for the coordination of Drivers, Office Boy and Admin Clerks. 3)Supervise and control all expats material aspects, visas, housing, vehicles, school, travels etc. 4)Responsible for the operation & maintenance of the Fax and photocopying machines. 5)Ensure the maintenance of all office records and assign responsibility for the archives, and archiving all office documents; 6)Prepare all internal events in coordination with HR department and the Middle Management. 7)Manage, prepare Branch Manager meetings, appointments, travels, agenda and filing, prepare monthly presentation for the pole management. 8)Attend management, committee meetings or other meetings as requested.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor degree. Computer : Good use of PC & reporting skills.
