-Establishing, implementing and maintaining a management system according the requirements of competence of testing laboratories. -Direct, Manage and lead quality inspection team to implement the best practices for quality procedures, testing, calibration, uncertainty calculation and integrated systems. -Evaluate the team performance against their job requirement, objectives, targets and KPIs and define training needs to upgrade their skills. -Establish a complete and detailed Quality Control plan for products. -Establish FMEA for all products to recognize and evaluate the potential failure of product/process and the effects of that failure. -Lead and direct applying the statistical tools for analyzing product related inspection and/or testing data. -Create, document, maintain and implement the acceptance quality level (AQL) and inspection test criteria. -Manage and monitor the implementation of calibration program including the definition of calibration range, calibration frequency and internal and/or external calibration. -Manage, Direct quality related cost in order to continuously reduce quality related activities cost (Including appraisal prevention and failure cost)
Qualifications -Able to build a working relationship with customers and internal personnel based on respect and good rapport -Good Command in Microsoft® Office -Maintain the highest standard of personal conduct in performing all duties. -Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility and accountability. -Able to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based practical judgment, experience, and common sense. -Highly Organized -Works with little supervision
