1- Participate in setting sales strategies & plans (yearly, quarterly and monthly). 2- Forecast and initiate new ideas and actions for business growth to maximize the revenue. 3- Determine annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. 4- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions (Should be personally following up with key accounts). 5- Formulate sales plans and quotas for sales team members, monitor and evaluate performance and follow up implementation and achievement. 6- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and economic indicators. 7- Protect company market share by acquiring knowledge of competitors’ strategies and equipments to maintain the company accounts. 8- Perform people management & leadership by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. 9- Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. 10- Maintain customer satisfaction of current & prospective customers. 11- Collaborate with the Technical & Customer service units in product/service development in introducing new products / services ideas. 12- Follow up plans implementation by holding regular meeting with sales staff. 13- Review expenses and recommends economies. Ensure collection/Accounts receivables are promptly performed and regularly report delayed payments and / or out-of-line situations and develop corrective solutions.
Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university. * Minimum 8 - 10 years experience preferably same field with at least 5 years experience in management. •Excellent Strategic and financial planning. • Excellent mastering of Marketing/branding concepts. •Excellent People management skills & Egyptian environment workforce awareness. •Territory management skills. (4) •Sales planning & competition analysis skills. •Mastering of product development concepts.
