While supervising our teams in the areas described. The team will be comprised of approx. 20 promoters/BAs. Manage Supervisors, Trainers and teams of BAs & promoter. Select, Hire and train or terminate BAs & promoter in assigned areas throughout Egypt when necessary. Monitor BAs & promoter performance on daily basis. Report daily/weekly to Brand Managers. Scheduling promoters timetables and attendances. Review timesheets prior to payment processing. Manage the database of all BAs & promoter and responsible for keeping all HR information fully up to date. Follow up the salaries of BAs & promoter to ensure accurate and received on time. Report directly to the Administration head on all matters relating to promoter personnel. Work national events when required. Work promotions in assigned territories along with the area BAs & promoter at stores locations weekly. On the job coaching and training of BAs & promoter to improve their overall performance. Monitoring and appraising individual performances and Key Performance Indicators. Ensuring the caliber of our BAs & promoter teams constantly improves. Conducting training sessions to improve the quality of BAs & promoter performance and refresh product knowledge.
Qualifications • Knowledgeable and experienced in the promotions/brand ambassador field is a plus. Worked in a model/talent /promoter agency (preferable). • Previous booking and sales experience (preferable). • Recruitment experience (preferable). • Team management experience/recruitment
