Description Providing a comprehensive administrative support to the day to day operations, ensuring the accuracy of employees data records. 1. Assist on boarding Process hiring process as following credentials needed, Signing Contracts, Medical insurance, contracts Renewal & Social Insurance issues 2. Manage employees records of time keeping & Attendance 3. Reviewing Employees settlement & Justify all clearance needed. 4. Handling & Recording annual leave & balances for accruals as preparing charge sheets for penalties 5. Handling employee relation as HR letters 6. Establishing employees filling system 7. Screening CVs and organizing interviews. 8. Manage daily tasks required for HR support.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree 1-2 Years experience in the HR/Admin field. High organizational skills. High Communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
