Description 1- Assure the applying of the quality principles at the laboratory as well as the continuous passion of improvements. 2- Establish a sampling plan for the incoming raw materials, WIP and the finished products according to the related procedures with the associated follow up and documentation activities. 3- Establish the organizational chart of the laboratory as well conduct the associated recruiting technical interview for the potential candidates. 4- Conduct the on job training for the laboratory crew regarding the implementation of the analysis of raw materials, WIP and finished products. 5- Follow up with the updates of the local / international specifications as well as the related guidelines. 6- Assure the implementation of the internal audit program within the laboratory activities. 7- Review the performance of the laboratory on a frequent basis and providing the needed coaching regarding performance enhancement. 8- Any other assigned tasks as per business needs.
Qualifications 1- B.Sc. in Agriculture / Science. 2- Experience between 10 to 15 years. 3- Having a training record in TQM, Hygiene, GMP, GLP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. 4- Good English language and good computer skills.
