Description Manage and maintain executives schedules. Prepare, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet and database. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices or organizations. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries

Qualifications From 3-5 years of relevant experience. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent Communication skills (Written or orally)
