Description 1. Manage customs clearance & transportation activities with authorized brokers to release the import shipments on time to ensure production flow as planned . 2. Coordination with different governmental authorities ( i.e. customs authority , environmental affairs , NTRA , GOEIC , General authority for export subsidy , general administration for temporary release and drawback , ICA industry control Authority , IDA industry development authority ) 3. Responsible for collecting form 4 and original shipping docs from the banks with full coordination with finance dept. 4. Provides logistical support for all related departments with high level of communication skills 5. Coordinating with planning department to set priorities for import shipments under customs clearance to be released on time as planned . 6. Coordinates and controls the cycle of customs clearance / transportation in efficient way 7. Identify logistical problems and provide optimum solutions. 8. Responsible for ensuring that the imports are complying with governmental and international regulatory laws and 9. Prepares custom declarations with related supported documents required for customs clearance 10. Track all shipments till safe arrival to final destination ( Miraco WHs - Rented WHs ) on time as planned 11. Review customs & logistics invoices and ensure compliance with contract. 12. Maintains the customs & logistics database and filling system. 13. Responsible for issuing and submitting required docs. to general authority for export subsidy and follow up collection 14. Responsible for customs adjustments for import shipments released under temporary release or final release till adjusting / collecting LGs from customs authority and collect tax rebate after exporting 15. Responsible for issuing required studies to ICA industry control Authority, IDA industry development authority to be regularly updated with new produced models

Qualifications 1. BS degree in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related logistics and customs clearance experience
