Description The Technical executive is responsible for assisting with research and recipe development.
Includes development of Spices, Spice Mixes, Seasonings and Spice paste.
Daily activities includes researching, preparing, conducting tasting session, data management.
Work with R&D team to assess company needs and assist in product development
Production & Preparing of R&D samples
Schedule weekly tasting sessions
Data management as per the tasting sessions and feedback
Train production team on the new product while on commercial scale
Work with management team to obtain and prepare new raw materials
Assist on special projects
Vendor interactions - sourcing and review of potential new ingredients
Assist in general Production as and when needed
Qualifications Understanding of Food Ingredients Business Technical Capacity Collaboration Skills Flexibility English communication proficiency Preferably good Cooking skills Bachelors Degree in Science / Culinary Arts / Food Engineering Min 3 years experience in product development in Food manufacturing/ingredients industry Food & Beverage market Knowledge
