Description Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups. Controls & budgets for: Telecommunications ” Catering ” Security ” Transportation ” Housekeeping ” Land improvement ” Office Equipment Maintenance ” Rentals ” Purchasing e.g. Vehicles, Furniture, equipment etc. (except for Manufacturing Materials ). Involved in solving problems related to subjects mentioned in item no.2 internally and externally with third parties, which consumes 75% of the incumbents time due to the complexity of executing the Companys demands and policies through Contractors, Suppliers having a different culture. Solving problems involving the Company (e.g. Traffic, Police, etc.) Get proper procedures done (Licenses, permits, etc.) Overseeing and renewing insurance cover for employees, equipment and premises. Follow up with the resigned employees on their release. Support in any HR or Admin daily duties.
Qualifications University graduate from Business or any relevant major From 1 to 3 years experience working in the administration field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills by both Arabic and English languages.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Demonstrated continuous improvement, mathematical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work in a team environment.
