Description - Handling, supervising and maintaining all the related personnel functions on SAP & Excel: staff attendances, absences and leaves, wages and monthly earnings, work permit forms and procedures, overtimes, deductions ‘for disciplinary and corrective action purpose– and issuing clearance forms (resignation and termination. - Creating, maintaining and updating personnel records and associated human resource information systems in complying with the Egyptian Labor law. - Compiling and issuing regular monthly report to the payroll specialist illustrating the employees status; absences, leaves, overtimes and any other associated management reports as required. - Managing all the matters pertaining to labor office and social insurance for all employees
Qualifications - A bachelor degree in any relevant discipline - 1-3 years of experience in HR personnel - Strong Communication skills and ability to deal with diversified people - Very good Command of the English Language - Excellent User of Microsoft office, especially Excel - Strong background about labor law - SAP knowledge is a plus - Preferably residents of Giza and 6th of October
