Description —Obtains client information by answering telephone calls —Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. —Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. —Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. —Provide customers with product and service information. —Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. —Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. —Complete call logs and reports. —Recommend process improvements. —Other duties as assigned.
