Description 1. Writes and edits proposals to be presented to the client and presents it to Business Development Manager for review and approval 2. Assists BD Managers as required in the creation and delivery of client-focused responses to RFPs 3. Responds to any queries raised by concerned client and communicates clients feedback and suggested solutions of raised issues to concerned departments 4. Updates and maintains constantly customer master file 5. Prepares CRM Action Plan and discusses it with the Business Development Manager 6. Informs Business Development Manager and Proposal Team with proposal award/failure. 7. Conducts research on key clients, industry and market forces, including business trends and competitive landscape. 8. Monitors, studies and analyses Competitors status and movement (market intelligence), and accordingly 9. Determines external risks that might affect the firm based on performed industry related market research and suggests a Corrective Action Plan. 10. Searches for new potential market segments to achieve, determines requirements to enter new markets and accordingly prepares a Feasibility Study Report. 11. Handles marketing related activities including marketing packages and promotional materials.
Qualifications Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in the same field. French is a must. Excellent English Language. Excellent communication skills.
