Description *Review and modify the output developed by the team of developers. *Ensure material developed meets the criteria as well as the target audience (Kids & Teens). *Responsible for meeting the deadlines of development. *Ensure material is engaging and entertaining. *Recruit curriculum developers if needed. *Manage & follow up on all development process. *Act as the liaison between the development and operations teams.
Qualifications *Proven experience of curriculum development not less than 2 years. *Kids curriculum development background is preferred. *Ability of supervising the development of curricula of different disciplines such as Engineering, Arts, and Science. P.S. Technical knowledge of previously mentioned fields is not required, diversified curriculum development knowledge is. *Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills *Leadership skills. *Accountability & Ownership. *Kids oriented and Creative. *Flexibility and Result Orientation. *Very Strong Negotiation skills.
