Female HR admin for enjaz

A presentable female is required for HR admin position

- Very good Communication skills.
- Very Good English language.
- Able to travel within Egypt during training days.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Maintains the appropriate level of process knowledge, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Utilizes all available knowledge sources, procedures and tools.
- Create and maintain all necessary personnel files.
- Responds to general HR queries from customers.
- Enter new candidate information into computer database.
- Provide General Human Resources support by serving as the first point of contact with candidates.
- Assist with projects as needed or requested.
- Coordinates and schedules employment interviews.
- Responds to phone inquiries, emails and correspondence.
- Training facilitator.
