Location: 6 October City – Egypt

• In-depth knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre,….etc.), Preferably Sabre.
• Understanding of rules ticketing and reservation (Tickets issue, Reissue, Refund).
• Knowledge of Psb IATA System.
• Knowledge of nature work the charter Flights.
• Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
• Spoke fluent English writing and reading.
• Knowledge of business writing.

Skills
• Telephone communications skills.
• Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teaching others how to do something via telephone.
• Works well independently, or in a teamwork and providing all facets of help such as Identify the problem and ways of solution.
• Handling customer and searching quickly on effectively ways for helping.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Speaking with a clear voice, so that others can understand
• Ability to keep cool when others are angry (Capable of patience and nerves control).

Experience:
At least 5 years working at travel agencies
Experience in different reservation systems whether on flights (regular or charter).
