Description -Manage, support and maintenance of ERP systems. Mainly Microsoft Dynamics; Great Plains (GP 10), Retail Management System (RMS). (GP modules include but not limited to Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, and Financial). -Monitor performance of the applications; providing benchmarks and ongoing analysis. -Manage all types of required work-around and customization. -Effectively manage strong working relationships with software publishers and vendors. -Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different managerial levels. -Continually seek research and recommend system enhancements, improvements and add-ons. -Manage projects related to ERP and system development.
Qualifications Commerce, Computer science, or relevant discipline, graduated from recognized university. -MCBMS Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics is a must
