Job Summary: The Early Childhood Education Assistant Teacher provides instructional and clerical support for classroom teachers. The ECD Assistant Teacher tutors and assists children in their learning under the teacher's supervision. She will care for the children overseeing their recreation, diet, health, and personal development. She will implement the individual and group activity plans to stimulate growth in language, social, and motor skills, fine motor development and self-help manners. The ideal candidate will be able to create, manage and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for children to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives.
Job Requirements:
•A relevant college degree is a must. Under graduates may apply
•Working Experience with children age ranging from three months to five years in a child care setting is preferred.
•Ability to communicate with and motivate children.
•Ability to establish priorities and work independently and/or within teams.
•Ability to work under stress.
•Proficiency in both written & spoken English, French and German according to the section.
