Job description

The Digital Marketing Specialist should be able to deliver successful digital marketing programs through a variety of specific digital marketing tactics- including but not limited to search engine optimization, social media initiatives, and other inbound marketing tactics.
 
The successful candidate should be able to drive results within a fluid and fast paced environment while working collaboratively with a group of individuals. This position will be; work in collaboration with product owners on designing and executing programs whose intention is to drive qualified leads to all 2P’s Capital companies and products.
 
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Business owners and several Product Management teams to ensure that all assigned initiatives are on target.

  • Hands on experience as a successful inbound marketing expert and digital marketing tactician
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results against planned goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills
  • A team player and accomplished collaborator with strong relationship skills
  • Maturity to handle advising senior management on all digital marketing strategies, tactics and techniques
 
Expected Outcomes:
  • Steadily increase number of leads and opportunities through select inbound digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of quarterly and annual digital marketing plans by product line and in conjunction with the Product Management team; manage an associated budget for all digital initiatives.
 
Educational and Previous Experience Recommendations:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (with background in Business, Marketing, Communications or Advertising). MBA preferred.
  • Hands-on expert with 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven expertise in business-to-business SEO, inbound marketing, social media and digital marketing. Experience in marketing technology products is also highly desired
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of analytics packages, including Google Analytics
  • Experience working with CMS systems
  • Basic or intermediate knowledge of HTML, PHP and coding
  • Previous pay-per-click (PPC), pay-per-acquisition (PPA), and email marketing experience is a must.
  • Proficient in use of latest versions of Microsoft Office software
 
Working Conditions:
  • Egypt based
  • Normal professional, office environment.
  • Travel required (10-20%).
