A five star Hotel in Hurghada is currently looking for a Guest Relations Officer. The job is based in Hurghada.
Position Main Purpose:
• Establishes and maintains mutual understanding and goodwill between our guest and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Interacts with all guests inside the Hotel
• Makes courtesy calls to in-house guests
• Inspects guest rooms daily, and insures that all in-house guests receive their daily amenities as per set standards
• Inspects arrival rooms of the day
• Prepares Welcome letters/amenities to all guests
• Handles guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position or in Front Office, preferably in a five star hotel
• Fluency in Polish language
• Very good English language skills (writing & speaking)
• Russian or German languages are plus
• Excellent computer skills & MS Office skills
• Applicant to this position shall be a Hurghada Resident
