Description -Set-up new customers in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. -Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system & Maintain up-to-date Invoicing system. -Respond to customer inquiries. -Support financial statement audits. -Assist in month-end financial statement close. -Support other accounting projects, as necessary. -Participates in accounting system close procedures. -Contact clients to determine when payments will be made also Follow up, collection and allocation of payments and be the responsible one for the Reconciliation of customers accounts. -Maintain accounts receivable customer files. -Prepare and/or control bank deposits from customers.
Qualifications -Strong ability to work under pressure. - Ability to deal with several cultures. - Accuracy.

Education major Accounting
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Applicant must have a strong experience with ERP systems ( Orecale - SAP)
