Description -Prepares the daily cash flow plan to ensure that all offices have the required funds to meet their operational requirements. -Standardizes office cash flow planning processes. -Maintains user access rights to banking systems and ensures that appropriate procedures are in place for the update of users who leave or change positions. -Reviews the Cash Flow requirements report to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to meet operational requirements and recommending any adjustments to scheduled payments or redeeming investments to ensure adequate funds. -Analyzes the exchange gain and loss account to ensure that transactions are properly recorded in the financial statements -Prepares payment service standards (in collaboration with the Chief Accounts Payable) and a calendar of payment issuance by payment type to ensure that service providers and external clients and stakeholders are aware of the frequency of payment batches. -Certifies and issues in a timely manner the monthly report on Analysis of Investment Income, complete with an analysis of where the cash is invested, the rate of return earned as compared to benchmarks. -Oversees the bank reconciliations prepared by regional offices as part of the year-end attest audit. -Prepares monthly performance indicators and trend analysis.
Qualifications - Strong ability to work under pressure. - Problem solving Experience. - Ability to deal with several culture.

Other Skills -Applicant must be a good user for ERP systems ( Orecale - SAP ).
