with the below responsibilities & qualifications:
Responsibilities
Screen CVs to select initial candidate for invitation to interview.
Arrange interviews with potentials and create proper schedule to ensure meeting recruitment criteria and select potentials.
Follow up with line manager to receive approvals for selected potentials from short listed
Handling probation task
Handling outdoor Employment events
Conduct Exit interview to determine turn over reasons
Qualification:
1-2 years experience in recruitment position
Team work & collaboration
Time Management
Organizing skills
High communication skills
Hard worker & flexible
Good Dealing with numbers
Good in English language
