Description Closely collaborates with sales team members for the best applicable provision of sales activities Performs sales operation activities, including gathering offers, submitting SBOs, preparing sales orders, following up on all related activities until delivery/service completion, and logging operations/activities records and outcomes Handles the proper channeling of client problems, calls for answers to general inquiries and complaints Follows up on general offers handling and proper processing Maintains long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, promotions, and job quality follow-up Discloses potential leads related activities to senior Sales Team Members Prepares and submits weekly sales orders reports to supervisor. Acts as a liaison between clients and sales administration/logistics team, when and if need be Performs operational duties, in collaboration with sales administration/logistics team Maintains and works on growing customers database Ensures proper gross profit levels are achieved, through instructions execution Assists on a limited scope in periodical customers satisfaction surveys Assists on a limited scope in periodical market intelligence activities Follows up with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices Contributes in promoting and enhancing company culture & a positively healthy work environment Performs any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor
Qualifications • General business education degree (GED) required. • Prior experience within industry is a plus (One to two years of related work experience) • Prior PC knowledge/command of Windows based applications • Experience with enterprise software solutions • Experience in dealing with large, complex organizations. • Experience in CRM
