Description —Receive, store, & issue materials, equipment, & other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Keep records & compile stock reports. —Maintain receiving, warehousing & distribution operations by initiating, coordinating & enforcing program, operational & personnel policies & procedures. — Establish & monitoring security procedures. —Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts. —Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning & implementing new design layouts; inspect equipment; issue work orders for repair & requisitions. —Ensure shipping, receiving, storage, & distribution are performed in an efficient manner. —Determine storage methods, identification & stock location. —Compile, review & maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions,& other documents in order to assess supply needs. —Keep records on use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. —Determine sequence & release of back orders according to stock availability. —Issue/distribute material, products, parts & supplies to customers/coworkers based on information from incoming requisitions. —Confer with engineering, purchasing personnel & vendors regarding stock procurement & availability. — A general responsibility for coordinating & supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. —Make all reports for warehouse according to available reports on the ERP system. —Supervise the implementation of policies & procedures.
Qualifications •Relevant Bachelor Degree •Good knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures •Good Knowledge of Report Writing and information presentation •Ability to manage an inventory system •Ability to Operate MS Office.
