Urgently needed for Immediate Hiring ( IT Recruiter) EgyptNetwork Cairo Branch
Understand hiring needs from Egypt Network Recruitment lead in the form of professional description
Qualification and Job Valuation in order to make sure that all selected Candidate add to the job Pool have the ability and Willing
Focuses on locating potentially good applicants(meets requires job desc.,qualifications, valuation)
Screen shortlisted profiles based on the required set of skills
Shortlist a pool of matching candidates to the job profile ( technical and HR assessments)
Source for potential leads/candidates and build a pipeline.
Perform a daily classification for the CVs and resumes received by e-mail or through the company’s recruitment website pipeline.
Screening & searching for suitable candidates according to the detailed job description.
Perform per-screening phone calls.
Update the recruiting database with information on whether the contact is a viable candidate or not.
Schedule candidates, who meet the minimum requirements for a face to face interview.
Handling the candidates’ phone calls, playing an intermediate role between the company and the candidates.
Prepare the interviews schedules
Experience :+2 years in recruiting
background in IT or telecommunication is must
