Description Responsible for Material Planning and Purchase requisitions issuing for all API, Auxiliaries, * Responsible for the Purchasing of Intercompany APIs, and Bulks and all the related follow up with the suppliers starting from order release till delivery. * Weekly MRP through SAP system with complete evaluation of the required material versus the updated plan * Using ADS and M2 tools for purchasing the intercompany API required materials * Creating Planed order that should be submitted on the system for all the required auxiliary materials * Evaluate the MRP in weekly basis according to MOQ ,delivery lead time and storage quality and capacity * Controlling inventory level to be maintained for all material through submitting stock coverage report on monthly basis. * Submit Monthly treasury report for all our forecasted Inter. Company purchases for the following 3 months for currency reservation. * Monitoring material expiry dates and reporting it accordingly to the quality control for reanalysis to reallocate the transfer posting whether to the blocked stock or unrestricted use.
Qualifications Suitable Bachelor degree * At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Excellent computer skills. * Excellent communication and time management skills
