Description - Create and maintain item forecasts and flow of product with input from the category manager, utilizing the appropriate tools. - Report on sales forecasts, inventory positions, and store/channel needs during the weekly consumer direct merchandise business meetings. - Provide the sourcing and production planning team with accurate style level forecasts and provide monthly (and ongoing) communication regarding any in-stock issues/concerns. - Analyze style and color, selling and inventory performance, identifying and communicating opportunities to the category manager. - Assist the Category Manager in the creation and maintenance of assortment plans by department and season. - Prepare and communicate with wholesale merchandising and design; weekly, monthly and seasonal selling reports. - Provide assistance to the Category Manager as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business. - 1-3 years experience in field - FMCG Industry is a MUST.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Sales & Marketing - Knowledge of principles & methods for showing, promoting, & selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy & tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, & sales control systems. - Ability to analyze technical data proposals. - Good communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills. - Ability to make quick decisions and take risks. - Marketing skills and the ability to identify products that will sell - Good Skills in the usage of personal computers and related software applications. - Ability to get along with various types of computer software to track materials and goods.
