Description Making professional welcome calls to new customers in Middle East with English & Arabic Languages. New accounts set-up. Responsible for replying the group email of customer services receiving any clients inquiries in a prompt reply manner. Sending welcome emails to new clients informing companys policy & providing all contact methods & sending existing clients promotional & offers emails using bulk mail engines. Attending online on companys online website live chat to interact with visitors asking about anything regarding account opening, providing support, asking about technical issues, inquiring any information about the company, performing withdrawals from trading accounts, etc Providing live chat response in both English & Arabic. Service Provision: Provide information and advice relevant to specific customer needs and deliver appropriate services. Customer Problems: Attend to customer problems referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference. Customer Suggestions: Receive customer suggestions to ensure follow-up and submit relevant reports as required. Compliance & Control: Comply with relevant procedures and controls to meet customers requirements while providing quality service to them. Security: Maintain strict control of confidential clients documents and negotiable items to prevent loss or misuse. Produce monthly statistical list to understand area of improvement
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in customer service/support •Excellent Arabic and Native English language practicing in all two writing and speaking •Knowledge of all types of customer accounts & company’s plans. •Friendly, polite, hard worker and tactful attitude •Ability to work under stress & manage multitasks within the same period. •Helpful approach •Excellent communication via e-mails and on the phone •Good understanding of the web industry and online user behavior •Service quality and customer care. •Knowledge of word processing, excel spreadsheet software, MS-Outlook email client & Internet researched familiarity.
