Description 1—Research product functionality for the creation of alpha documentation. 2—Collaborate with programmers, engineers, product management, and others to gain an understanding of the product. 3—Perform technical writing tasks on all of Guidance Software product documentation, including creating original content and editing existing content in online and printed guides, manuals, and tutorials. 4—Ensure accuracy, readability, and completeness of technical documentation. 5—Research and evaluate new documentation tools and methods. 6—Continually look at ways to improve documentation methods and processes. 7—Draw, create, and select graphic charts, working drawings, illustrations, maps, etc. for publications, displays, or similar projects; adapt sketches and drawings to meet specific technical or publication requirements. 8—Maintain document repository 9—Contribute to and communicate documentation standards, and provide training when required. 10—Translating and proofing technical and business terms used in applications user interface when needed. 11.Required to support PS and sales departments in proofing proposals and business process documentation.
Qualifications 1•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Or a Bachelor’s degree in computer Science with strong English language oral and writing skills. 2•Minimum 1 year experience as a technical writer for a software house. Selection Criteria 3•Good General Trading Business understanding‐preferably Business degree (English Section) or similar. 4•Good understanding of Software development, Manuals, documentation and help documents writing. 5•Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on rapport‐building, listening and interviewing skills (Arabic and English Languages). 6•Ability to conduct research into a wide range of IT & Business issues as required. 7•Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information. 8•Ability to analyze target audience and to present ideas in user‐friendly language.
