Description work closely with departments, assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures; recruit staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates; develop and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; prepare staff handbooks; advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits; negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions; administer payroll and maintain employee records; interpret and advise on employment law; deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures; develop with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements; plan, and sometimes deliver , training, including inductions for new staff; Manage all employee , Social & Heath insurance requirement & paper Manage all employee vacation , attendance & leave days Oversees the analysis , maintenance , and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies , or other department in the organization
Qualifications Experience : 4+ in same field • Very good command in English written and spoken • Excellent communication skills
