Description —Review the daily transaction of HR function to be submitted to HR Manager. —Review the weekly & monthly reports of HR transactions ( Training ” Performance Appraisal ” Recruiting ”Organization Structure ). —Review and updating the job descriptions in line with the new organization structure. —Developing performance appraisals tools and trains the line manager in how to appraise their subordinates. —Implementing promotion system & career path as a relationship between performance and training qualification to determine promotion potential. —Prepare the recruiting plan according to the companys needs every year. —Handling the job analysis and description to determine the relative weights of the different jobs —Determine the training assessment needs for all the companys on actual basis.
Qualifications HR Diploma/Certificate is a must.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
