Description Supporting users anything related to the computer problems in the following areas : Take users calls for general PC problems and solve them Maintain regular software updates for antivirus and O/S. Perform regular air cleaning for PCs from dust. Maintain the company policy of removing non-business related files or programs Maintenance of system security Assist in IT budgeting and advice on technology trends
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field 0-2 years of relevant technical experience with software and hardware maintenance knowledge. Experience installing, configuring and repairing windows installations. An ability to plan and report against IT projects. Able to work independently, identify problems and address those problems. Ability to communicate well and work through others Excellent English, verbal / written communication As experience and Skills in windows XP, MS applications; Internet tools and various browsers. Web page authoring and design. Basic troubleshooting skills for PC, printers, Lan and ADSL.
