Description      Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support including drafting business correspondences, taking of minutes, making travel arrangements and managing projects and tasks in a timely manner.  Calendar management, phone reception, advanced sales reports preparations and follow up with customers.  Maintain an efficient electronic filing and records system.  Serves as an administrative liaison with internal departments and outside agencies, as required.  Researches, collects market information and gathers data on newly available developments and inputs data into appropriate databases.  Monitor HR procedures for office personnel and prepare monthly HR reports.
Qualifications     Bachelor degree (Business Administration / Arts / Economy or any other related field).  (3-4) Years of Experience (Minimum).  Excellent oral & written English & communication skills.  Proficiency in MS Office & Internet.  Attention to detail and high quality work required.
