Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Fluent in Arabic with good English skills Experience with Microsoft office, internet and email Two years of experience in the nonprofit field or international development Able to assess social situations and act tactfully and responsibly Able to organize resources and staff to reach goals Stress-resilient to cope with complex conditions Self-starter, motivated and team player Must have the children’s interest at heart
