Description     Control the flow of documents regarding personnel affairs in coordination with HR Administration Manager in regard to leave requests, attendance register, and time sheet. — Handle paperwork concerning hiring of new employees and resignation. — Implement the companys benefits and services packages including medical insurance, social insurance, pension schemes, transportation, accommodation allowances, etc. — Provide assistance to HR Administration Manager concerning labor law & social and medical insurance procedures. — Maintain human resources database and records by entering, updating, & retrieving information. — Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping personal data confidential. — Handle incoming and outgoing personnel correspondences. — Calculate employees overtime.
Qualifications    Very Good English & Computer skills - Hard Worker - Work under stress
Gender    Male
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
