Description     -Post jobs on different recruitment websites and build resume database and -Recruit and interview candidates and short list them to be interviewed by senior management -Update the job descriptions and organization charts -Monitor the attendance of all employees and submit monthly report -Support HR Consultant in developing the companys competency framework model and HR Policies and procedures -Administer and coordinate all employees benefits programs as needed -Report all leaves on a monthly basis -Submit headcount report per department on a monthly basis -Submit headcount cost report per department on a monthly basis -Submit all payroll variables to prepare the payroll sheet -Administer the social insurance -Ensure that all personnel files and contracts are complete and properly filed in the head office -Oversee the administration function in terms of office supplies, cleaning and maintenance, furniture, computers etc‡ -Purchase all the needed supplies for all sites -Develop the Administration policies and procedures -Supervise the maintenance and cleaning personnel within the budget limits -Support in the preparation of Management presentations as deemed
Qualifications    -Bachelor degree of any major -2-3 years of experience in the same position -Very good command of English -Excellent MS Office experience
