Description     —Directs the business development activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the companys bottom line. — Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. —Develop and manage annual business plans identifying key activities, priorities and risks. —Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the companys strategic and operational plans. —Develop, review, and report on the business development divisions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team. —Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business. —Shows awareness of markets and ensures up-to-date knowledge of competitors; Demonstrates an awareness of new business opportunities and seizes and acts upon them; Is aware of financial issues such as profits and losses —Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth. —Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns —Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call. —Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Qualifications    •Knowledge of business and management principles. •Banking Operation background. •Good reporting and analytical skills. •Excellent customer service skills. Dynamic and creative. •Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements. •Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads. •Computer knowledge and management skills. •Project planning and implementations. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
