Description Investigate customers problems and find solutions. Communicate with customers face to face and via phone, email, or letter. Provide customer service training to the customer service department. Provide scripts to read from during phone calls. Handle major customer issues that cannot be resolved by agents. Resolve complaints and order issues. Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience. Make sure that the Customer service team are updated and provide accurate information about company products and services. Handle and responsible for Issue refunds to customers. Oversee product exchanges and returns. Analyze and supervise customers contracts data and statistics. Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction to the customer Relations Director. Isolate and identify areas of improvement. Train agents on how to adequately address problem over the phone or how to write correspondence. Work with management on customer service initiatives
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree, preferred to have Diploma in Management. • 8-10 years of experience in the same field • Previous experience in Real Estate is a MUST.
