Description     — Investigate customers problems and find solutions. — Communicate with customers face to face and via phone, email, or letter. —Provide customer service training to the customer service department. — Provide scripts to read from during phone calls. — Handle major customer issues that cannot be resolved by agents. — Resolve complaints and order issues. — Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience. — Make sure that the Customer service team are updated and provide accurate information about company products and services. —Handle and responsible for Issue refunds to customers. — Oversee product exchanges and returns. — Analyze and supervise customers contracts data and statistics. — Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction to the customer Relations Director. — Isolate and identify areas of improvement. — Train agents on how to adequately address problem over the phone or how to write correspondence. — Work with management on customer service initiatives
Qualifications    • Bachelor Degree, preferred to have Diploma in Management. • 8-10 years of experience in the same field • Previous experience in Real Estate is a MUST.
